| Utopia or Dystopia? |
Do you believe the future will be better or worse than the present? How do movies and books usually portray the future? What will the future be like?
The future is a rather mysterious concept to comprehend for all of us.
We look at it with curiousity, and wonder what it events will unfold in it.
Many ideas have always been in our minds, about perhaps what we would
hope for it to be like. Flying cars, and robots are certainly on people's mind,
as a fantasy for what the future could hold. Honestly as amazing as the concept
of having a flying car would be, it unfortunately is rather unrealistic, and
would most likely never happen. :[
However, the future most certainly still holds a great deal of wonder. I cannot
honestly say that it is going to be oh so much better, or even worse. With the
way things are currently going, the future most likely will not be filled with all
the some what "magical" seeming things as we would hope for it to be.
Our world, will most certainly be overpopulated, and global warming would
have had its full effect. If we don't want this, (which we obviously don't), we
need to take the steps to prevent it right now. With that, the future would
hopefully be amazing, and hold up to the expectations we all have hoped for.
